This is a contract between you and FREE LOGO DESIGN © novaxis solutions inc. It stipulates the terms and conditions applicable to your use, in any way whatsoever, of Free Logo Design services, and as described on Free logo design website. www.freelogodesign.org (hereinafter referred to as the "website").
By accessing or using Free Logo Design, by registering as a Free Logo Design user or accessing Free Logos, you agree to abide by and adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using FreeLogoDesign. If you do not agree to this agreement, you may not access or use FreeLogoDesign.
In this document, FREELOGODESIGN and all associated services, including text, icons, interface, including selection, graphics, and any other type of content will be referred to as "FREELOGODESIGN" or "service".
Any person who has used the service or created an account will be referred to as "USER".
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the applicable jurisdiction in connection with your use of the FREELOGODESIGN services.
FREELOGODESIGN may at any time modify the present Contract, delete some of its clauses or add new ones by notifying the USER of this modification through the publication of an amended version of this Agreement on the FREELOGODESIGN website. Any modification will be made unilaterally by FREELOGODESIGN and the USER will have to accept the modification after receiving notification. If he does not express his refusal of the modification by e-mail, the USER will be deemed to have accepted it.
Freelogodesign is an online platform that allows the User to create and design a custom logo using the available tools, such as: software, shapes, text, fonts, etc. .
You may use the logos created for personal or commercial purposes. However, Freelogodesign recommends that you check that the logos created are royalty-free. Freelogodesign can use the Freepik/Flaticon icons, a third-party provider that obtains its icons from contributors. See the Freepik terms of use. The use of the logos created is at your own risk. Freelogodesign cannot be held responsible for any prosecution of copyright infringement.
Logos not selected and not paid by the customer remain the property of Freelogodesign.
Considering the services provided by FREELOGODESIGN, the USER will have to pay the amount indicated for each transaction. Users must pay for the Service by credit card or PayPal account or other means of payment authorized at the time of registration. If the User pays by credit card, he must provide a valid credit card number and billing address when registering. The payment policies for the User may change at any time.
The User understands that all sales are final and no refund will be issued. FreeLogoDesign reserves the right to cancel an order, it is understood that in this case, the User will be refunded. FreeLogoDesign reserves the right to change this policy at any time without notice. The User must notify FreeLogoDesign of any billing problem or error within fifteen (15) days following the day of the charge, by failing to do so, the User waives any right to dispute such errors. The User shall provide a written request, including supporting documentation to our customer service. When eligible the User will obtain full or partial refund.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your account, so make sure you have a strong password. Your FreeLogoDesign account is your unique identity. Don't let anyone else use your account.
You are in control of your user profile, and how you interact with our service by adjusting your account settings. For example, we can email you important messages and information that we think you will find useful. Or, if you tell us that you are not interested, we will stop sending you promotional material, just click the link at the bottom of your email to unsubscribe.
During the logo creation process, we will provide you login information for a personal account on the website (the "account"). This will allow you to access your designs, using one computer at a time via the website.
You agree to voluntarily provide your information for the creation of your account. This is your responsibility, and your information must be accurate. Additionally, make sure to keep your information up to date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your account and the loss of previously purchased end products and/or future services. You also agree to (a) not provide your user IDs to anyone who is not your employee, and (b) ensure that all persons authorized to use your user IDs are aware and have agreed in writing to comply with the terms of this agreement.
Throughout the design process, you will provide information to create your final product, and you are legally responsible for all the information used to create your final product. FreeLogoDesign is not responsible for the content you provide, the end product nor the account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and suitability of all data and content of your finished products, logos and brands – including name, slogans and details. FreeLogoDesign will not be held responsible for inaccurate information nor potential damage caused by any inaccuracies. You also understand that we do not keep track of your changes before your purchase, we only keep the latest version that you see in your account.
Furthermore, after the purchase of the logo, the user has seven (7) days to modify it (colors, size, font and text). After seven (7) days, the user will not be able to make further changes; however, it is possible to purchase another version of the logo with new modifications. However, please note that the users who purchased our Premium or Unlimited plan do not have any time limit to modify their logo (colors, size, font and text).Users can download their logos anytime by connecting to their account.
FreeLogoDesign does not keep copies of the different versions of your logo. The logo can only be downloaded the way it appears on our website.
If you choose the "Exclusive Logo" option, which allows you to purchase a pre-made design by our designers, it will no longer be accessible to other users. However, we do not have control over logos previously created or existing icons on other websites. Additionally, the Exclusive Logo offering does not include copyright and trademark licenses, so please do not select a logo design and entirely modify it, thinking you will have the rights or that icons used for your logo will disappear (other than the original).
Finally, regarding the Privilege pack, a recurring plan, you will be charged annually on the payment method registered on your account based on the date and month of your subscription to this plan. If you cancel your subscription during the year, you can still use the FreeLogoDesign tools until the end of your subscription. Also, you can reactivate your subscription anytime. Like the Premium and Unlimited plans, you can modify your logo without any time restrictions. The unique feature of this plan is that you can create as many logos as you want while accessing the various options of FreeLogoDesign for free. Please note that the discounted price is applicable only for the first year. Once the discounted price is paid, renewal will be at the full rate.
Unless expressly notified, an annual contract with the FreeLogoDesign.org PRIVILEGE PLAN lasts twelve months and will be renewed for an equivalent period unless the user terminates the contract the day before the expiration of the contractual period.
You hereby grant FreeLogoDesign a worldwide license, without royalty and non-exclusive license to host the designs created, and you guarantee that you have all the rights necessary to grant us such a license. You are responsible for any content and/or end product that is lost or unrecoverable as a result of your use of our services. You are encouraged to back up your finished products regularly and frequently.
FreeLogoDesign cannot be held responsible for any delay, interruption, error or omission in the Service. Although FreeLogoDesign will do its best to keep the website and services available, FreeLogoDesign will not be liable if the website is unavailable at a specific time, as circumstances may prevent or interfere with the availability of the website. FreeLogoDesign cannot be held responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability as a result. Logos files purchased by the User are stored by FreeLogoDesign as long as the User has an active account. For the Users who do not have a FreeLogoDesign account, the logos are stored by FreeLogoDesign for a period of 12 months.
FreeLogoDesign is allowed to change, evolve, and modify its logo editor without the responsibility to keep the compatibility with already downloaded logos. It is the customer's responsibility to keep the downloaded version of his logo.
By the nature of the Service offered by FREELOGODESIGN and expected that other Users use the content of the Service to create a logo, FREELOGODESIGN cannot guarantee, despite the fact of the possible customization of the tool, that the logo of a User will not be identical, or similar to logos that would have been or will be created by other USERS. FREELOGODESIGN can also not guarantee that the User's logo will not infringe on a registered trademark or any other rights from a third party. It is the responsibility of the USER to ensure that the logo created does not infringe a trademark or the rights of a third party. FREELOGODESIGN assumes no legal responsibility for the use of these logos and cannot be held responsible for any recourse, damage or any costs relating to non-compliance with the elements mentioned in these conditions.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that all programs (in the form of object code or source code), data, services, processes, designs, technologies, materials and other items included in the Services are and will remain the sole property of Freelogodesign, its licensors or its suppliers and is protected by the applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and / or other or property law.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event shall Freelogodesign, its affiliates, subsidiaries or their respective directors, directors, representatives, employees, suppliers, resellers and distributors (collectively referred to as "Freelogodesign Entities" and each individually a "Freelogodesign Entity") will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages or any other damages or losses whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, opportunities, revenues, the use of information and resulting or being directly or indirectly related to this contract or services, regardless of the reason for action and even if one or more Freelogodesign entities had been notified of the possibility of such damage or loss , including in particular any damage or loss resulting from or in any way in relation to delays, errors, interruptions, faults, omissions, non-deliveries, delivery errors, viruses or deficiencies in the transmission of information, material or data via Freelogodesign or third party systems or networks parts.
The FreeLogoDesign server automatically collects information about how FreeLogoDesign is used by Free Logo Design users in an activity log. This Agreement will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. You hereby irrevocably acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec and of the federal courts located in Quebec with respect to any dispute in connection with this Agreement. It is prohibited to use the Services in any territory that does not give effect to all the provisions of this Agreement, including in particular this paragraph.
