Does your logo belong to you?

You are the legal owner of your logo files, and you have all the copyrights on your logo as a whole, but not on the individual elements (like the icons). If you want to protect your logo or prevent others from using it, we advise you to contact the trademark protection agency in your country to start the process.

Do you need to create an account to upload your logo?

You don't need to create an account to upload your logo. On the other hand, it is useful to create an account to be able to find it easily, edit it and keep a backup of it.

Once you have purchased your logo, how will you receive it?

You will receive your logo by email to the email address you provided when creating your account. Your logo will also be accessible from your dashboard.

Can you edit your logo after downloading it?

If you created a free logo, you can edit it as many times as you want. Regarding paid plans, the Basic package allows you to change your logo within 7 days after your purchase. Regarding the Premium package, your touch-ups have no time limits. You can then change the colors, the font, the size of your logo and text, and the background (excepting icons and shapes) if you wish. But if you look at our Unlimited plan, you can change the icons and shapes without any time restrictions. The Unlimited plan allows you to freshen up your logo without paying again.

Do you make custom logos?

Yes, our graphic designers can create your own logo. The price is $299 USD. The only graphic elements that we can use to create your logo are the ones offered in our builder.

Can you resize your logo without losing quality?

With our Basic and Premium packages, you will receive your logo in different formats, including an SVG file, allowing you to resize your logo in Photoshop without losing quality.
